Retail Application Process

The Massage Heights Shop is always looking for new retail products to bring in online or in our physical franchised operating units throughout US and Canada. If you feel your product(s) are a good fit please continue reading and reach out to us. 

Our online retail vendors supply customers in one or both of the followings ways:

1. Ship products to our warehouse: The supplier will ship products to our fulfillment center. We will house inventory and ship to customers.

2. Ship to Customer: The vendor will ship the products directly to the customer (or store), also known as a Drop Ship Vendor (DSV.)

Minimum requirements:

Please know we request minimum of 4 samples of product (s) to get approved by our retail committee and franchising team.

You must be able to supply and fulfill orders to over 140 locations and provide resources necessary to promote and sustain orders.

If you are a local handcrafted product vendor (near a Massage Heights location), there may be opportunity at a smaller scale. Feel free to contact us as well.

A direct representative or support team member must be able to answer product related questions in a timely matter.
